Potential Bad Drive?

Hi All, 

 

Wondering if someone can take a quick look at the attached diagnostic logs and tell me if its a bad drive I have here and should be replaced?

 

There was a red X and was unassigned.  I attempted to reassign and it started to rebuild, noticed the drive is almost 4 yrs old.  

Can I cancel the Parity - sync, add a new drive and start the parity sync again?

    You can (and should) stop the rebuild and replace that disk with a new one.
