during the file parity calculation there was 900mb/s on average across 12 seagate es.2 drives ( looked great )

but during a file dump of videos we are crawling @ 4mb/s i threw in a 120gb ssd which fill up and went back to crawling

ive enabled turbo write but it has not made a difference 

 

i feel like im missing something 

 

oh and im using a mellanox 10gbe sfp+
