July 1, 20179 yr Hi, I have an HP ML10 Gen9 with one internal Network-Card and a Quad PCI Interface. I enabled all 5 NICs and each of them have a dedicated IP within the same Subnet. How can I configure a Docker to use e.g. NIC2 only? And how can get UnRaid (incl. the DOcker I want to run on the primary IP only) to listen only on NIC1? Br, Johannes
July 1, 20179 yr Author Want to specify my question: The reason is, that I want to operate different dockers which need the same ports without port mapping on different IPs/NICs. Br, Johannes
July 1, 20179 yr When using multiple interfaces they all should be in different subnets to avoid routing problems. With unRAID 6.4 (currently in rc) it is possible to assign a unique IP address to each individual docker container, this allows multiple containers to use the same ports without conflict.
