July 3, 20179 yr Version: 6.3.5 Because I'm an idiot, I don't have my system hardware specs stored. I went away for the weekend and while away, I received a few notices about anomalies on my unRAID server. When I returned home, I found the system unresponsive through the web interface and all the dockers were also not responding. I hard-rebooted (since I was unable to do anything else). After about 15 minutes, I was able to (sort of) access the GUI, however, it is VERY slow (like 5-6 minutes per page, if it load at all). No other networked devices seem to be affected. At present, I am unable to really use much of the system at all and am dead in the water. I did manage to telnet in through Putty and get the logs dumped. I am attaching them here. Any advice is greatly appreciated. tower-diagnostics-20170702-2305.zip Edited July 3, 20179 yr by Netbug
July 3, 20179 yr Author I found some of the specs. Nothing has improved overnight. Case: Lian Li PC-A77FB CPU: Intel I3 2120 3.3Ghz Motherboard: Supermicro MBD-X9SCM-F RAM: Kingston KVR1333D3E9SK2/8G 8GB DDR3 ECC Unbuffered Ram Drive Cage(s): 2x Supermicro CSE-M35T-1B Hot Swap Bay Power Supply: Corsair TX750M 80PLUS 750W Really hoping for some suggestions or a starting point here.
July 3, 20179 yr Author After troubleshooting with a nice person on the IRC, we found that "mono" was running with 100% CPU usage. However, stopping this process did not fix the problem as the system is still slow to respond. The only process with CPU usage now is showing as "unraidd" which is likely due to a parity check which I cannot stop (and shouldn't be slowing the system this much)
