July 4, 20179 yr This is a support thread for a new docker container for running a puppetmaster v5 node. Template https://raw.githubusercontent.com/deasmi/docker-puppetmaster/master/puppetmaster.xml Source https://github.com/deasmi/docker-puppetmaster Docker Hub https://hub.docker.com/r/deasmi/docker-puppetmaster/ This container is intended for people moving existing puppet setups ( with conf and ssl directories already setup ) under docker in unpaid. conf, code and ssl directories should be mapped to unraid locations. Note: If you are using this for puppet version3 please use deasmi/docker-puppetmaster:v3 to return to the previous version. Edited September 1, 20178 yr by dsmith44 Adding version, removing note about location.
July 4, 20179 yr This should be posted in the "Docker Containers" forum. That is where Docker support goes. Docker Engine Issues with enabling the Docker service on unRAID. Docker Containers For specific Docker container support in unRAID. EDIT: Please read before posting. Edited July 4, 20179 yr by dlandon

I told him to post here (and tell all new maintainers to) as they do not have create thread permissions in the Containers forum. A mod will move accordingly.
July 4, 20179 yr Just now, Squid said: I told him to post here (and tell all new maintainers to) as they do not have create thread permissions in the Containers forum. A mod will move accordingly. I think it would be better to let him post in the Docker support forum. This is very confusing posting here.
July 4, 20179 yr Many contributors post in various locations and ask for a move. As long as it gets reported it'll get moved. Lets just keep the chatter about it down some since its a support thread about the docker.
