Unable to Preclear Disk (Red Writing)

Hi,

 

I just installed a new Toshiba 3TB (Already have an identical one in the array) but I am unable to preclear it? as you can see the device is detected ok and all the disk information is present but when I go to preclear nothing happens and the disk info is in red?  Please see pics :-)
