When I go to the Apps tab I get the Updating Content message but when the page comes up i get a "Download of source file has failed" message.

If I try to install a plugin I get  a "download failure (Network failure)" message.

 

The plugin page worked in the past I used it to update to 6.2.4. I manually updated to 6.3.5 but that didn't do anything.

 

Don't know where to start to troubleshoot. My linux skills are minimal.

Network settings. Make sure your gateway is set to your router ip and set dns addresses of 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Sorry to bother you.

I had looked at the settings and thought they were ok.

My son replaced our router a few months back.

Just found out he changed the address.

Made the change and everything is working.
