How to move all data from a drive to another?

Hey,

Until now I had a single 3tb drive because I wanted to trial unRAID. Everything is OK so I've successfully added two 10tb drives (one for parity, one for "production"). What's the best way to move data from the 3tb drive to the 10tb "production" drive?
