I have one of the famous Gigabyte HPA partitions on one of my drives.. Is there any way I can remove that?

    be aware that if you have already assigned the drive to the unRAID array that removing the HPA will change its size and it will be detected as a new disk. (You'll need to rebuild it onto itself)

     

    Do NOT use the button labeled as "restore" if you are rebuilding a disk, or if you are replacing a failed disk.  Use "Start" to begin the re-construction.
