That disk is showing some signs of problems as the Pending sectors is non-zero so read-errors are to be expected.   There are also a few reallocated sectors which is not always a problem but is often a sign of potential future problems.

 

You should post the complete diagnostics (Tools->Diagnostics) zip file as that contains much more information to help isolate the problem.
