Docker problem (forced readonly)

Featured Replies

Might be helpful if you elaborated a little. What do you mean by deleted, what errors do you get, if any? What about other containers?

Once I deleted ZM, an Orphan image was left. I cleared it with the Cleanup Appdata App.

EDIT: It reappeared after rebooting:

(orphan image)

Image ID: f7d4c6a69478

Error:

Execution error

Server error

Try going to settings, stop the docker service then delete the docker.img.

Then restart the docker service.

If you do that, you will have to re-create all of your containers from templates. It's a pain.

Instead, try:

From the command line:

root@Tower:/# docker rmi f7d4c6a69478

(Assuming f7d... is the correct orphaned image that you want to remove)

If you get an error that docker is not running for some reason, deleting the docker.img file is probably your safest bet to recover.

Readding the containers is simple. Apps tab previous apps select your apps. Install. Everything will be set up exactly the same as before
