Can you tell me if there is a plugin that can schedule a shutdown and startup the day we want or at the time we want ?

    User Scripts plugin can schedule a script to shutdown.

     

    You would probably have to look to another computer on the LAN or maybe the BIOS to wakeup the server at a scheduled time.
