Netbug
I'm running unRAID version 6.3.5 and everything has gone to hell this evening. For the past few weeks, my binhex-sonarr and binhex-radarr dockers (sorry if that is not the correct terminology) have been intermittent in their response (the webUI would freeze, I'd have to reboot the server to get them working, etc.). I had also started to notice, occasionally, sluggish response time on the main unRAID WebUI. Today, I attempted to get into the WebUI for binhex-sonarr, and it simply refused to load. I asked for some assistance on Reddit, and was advised after some investigation, that it looks like the DB is corrupted. Screenshot of setup: https://i.imgur.com/Fx68wAk.png Screenshot of volume info: https://i.imgur.com/kiLUhjQ.png It was recommended that I get the backup files, and attempt to restore. I removed the docker and deleted the folder from the "appdata" directory. When I reinstalled the docker, there were no errors, but the docker would not start. I am now getting an error whenever I attempt to start the docker as follows: Execution error - Server error (Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/YH47ELj.png) I'm at a complete loss now. I don't know what to do and I'm getting very frustrated. I'm willing, at this point, to do a full reinstall of unRAID if that's necessary, but I have no idea how to do that without losing all of my data (about 20TB). I've included all the information I can here, including the logs. Please please please give some guidance if you can. tower-diagnostics-20170728-0006.zip Quote Link to comment
tdallen
I think the first step would be posting in the support thread for those dockers. There's no reason to contemplate a reinstall of unRAID yet. Quote Link to comment

Here is a link to the response I received there advising me to post here. And to quote what was posted there: Quote i think your underlying issue looks potentially like a plugin and/or disk failure:- IOError: [Errno 5] Input/output error As this doesn't look like a docker image issue i would advise posting your diagnostics zip on the general support page and see if somebody could help you there.
