Netbug
I'm seeing a lot of mentions of SMART tests, but I can't find anywhere that actually shows you how to run a SMART test on your drives. I'm trying to determine which of my disks are failing and need replacing. How does one do this? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
itimpi
If you click on a disk on the unRAID Main tab you will be taken to the page from which you can run SMART test or look at results. Quote Link to comment

Ah. Excellent. And is this post still valid for interpreting the results? Quote Link to comment
rutherford
What if the drive has a red icon, and gets an error when I go to try a smart report (long or short)? "exiting. To continue, add one or more '-T permissive' options" Quote Link to comment
