NFS share

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I'm having some issues with NFS which I can't get my head around.

I have tried making a TV share as public which I can browse to from Kodi but the directory is empty with share set as public. I have checked my folder permissions and ownership for the folders with the share with the TV share and everything looks correct so I would have expected to see other directories at least: -

drwxrwxrwx 1 nobody users

example of a file permissions: -

-rwxrwxrwx 1 nobody users 200M Sep 23  2015 file.mp4

I have also tried with private and again its the same using the following: -

*(ro,insecure,all_squash)

In the logs I can see access being successful: -

Jul 30 17:39:05 DARKLORDUNRAID1 rpc.mountd[31893]: authenticated mount request from 192.168.86.51:56773 for /mnt/user/TV (/mnt/user/TV)

Bit of a head scratcher! Any help would be greatly appreciated
