is the warning received regardless of which VM I start. The USB card is in its own IOMMU group: 

IOMMU group 17
	[1b73:1100] 04:00.0 USB controller: Fresco Logic FL1100 USB 3.0 Host Controller (rev 1

Here is what I have in the config file:
  append pcie_acs_override=downstream pci-stub.ids=1b73:1100 pci=realloc=off isolcpus=2,3,6,7  initrd=/bzroot

 

Not sure if it helps but I had to use acs override to get unraid to recognise both gpus 260x & 480

pci=realloc=off had to be added to get the supermicro 8 port sas card to behave itself

 

I have tried removing pci=realloc=off but it made no difference, the warning remains :(
