August 2, 20178 yr I've been looking all night for information on creating an internal network for use by the VMs. Basically, I would like to have one "local network" that connects a handful of VMs on their own network, but that doesn't actually connect to a physical nic. If it does need to reach out to a single nic to make things easier, I have an extra NIC that isn't plugged into anything. Worst case scenario, I suppose I can just plug that into a router physical router, but it seems a bit unnecessary. If anyone has any tips, I would greatly appreciate them. Thank you in advance! EDIT: Found out a few things, you can just assign VMs to the physical port, and they'll connect to each other automatically.
