Drives not spinning down - all dockers closed, openfiles saying SHFS/SMBD is in use

Hello,

 

something is preventing my hard drives from spinning down and i can't figure out what.

 

I turned off all the dockers, made sure all the computers/media centers are sleep and turned off indexing on my main computer that has the drives mapped.

 

I looked a "open files" and it seems "SHFS" and "SMBD" are looking at at least 80 files each.

Any help on what might be doing this?
