[SOLVED] v6.3.5 - Intermittent server crashes

Running 6.3.5, but this has been happening a few weeks and on the last few releases.

 

Server will occasionally just become unresponsive. Monitor attached to the server goes blank, no response at any port on the server.

 

There is an ACPI error in the syslog, which I believe is due to being a newer board/Ryzen CPU, but I can't see it being the cause?

Probably, there's a know issue with CPU power save and Ryzen, update to latest v6.4rc7 and it should solve your problem.

Marking as solved as it has not occurred since upgrading.

 

Also had to force a BIOS upgrade, the EZ tool was not finding latest
