Just built a new server, and unfortunately I'm getting the old "Reboot and Select proper Boot device" message. I've made certain the USB stick is my main boot device and all that, no apparent problem there. Is there anything I need to do to get this thing bootable that I'm not thinking of?

    Found the reason. I had formatted the USB boot drive as GPT. After reformatting to MBR, no problem. :)
