Virtio drivers for Opensuse 10.2

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where I might find Opensuse 10.2 drivers? It would appear the NIC is "Ethernet controller: Unknown device 1af4:1000".

Ubuntu installs the Redhat virtio drivers automatically, but I think Opensuse is a bit old. Needs to OS 10.2 and current kernel is 3.4.59.

Thanks in advance!

Try changing the XML for the VM in unRAID and change the model type to e1000.  Specifically change nic to this <model type='e1000-82545em'/>

This post was for OSx but should work for changing the nic type on Opensuse 10.2 as well:
