Can't set custom icon for container

Featured Replies

I have a container for an app called Roon and it doesn;t have an icon.  I tried gong into Advanced View for the container settings and added the Flickr URL for the icon but it doesn;t show the new icon.  Instead of unRAID's default grey question mark for an icon it changed to an outlined square with a smaller outlined square in the upper left corner.

I researched some more and found the icon files are stored in \config\plugins\dockerMan\images.  So I put the icon file in there using the same naming scheme it uses for my other containers and I get the same two outlined boxes instead of my icon.  I even tried this after I removed the Flick URL from the container settings.

How do I get my custom icon to show?

P.S. it is a 256x256 PNG file.

It finally showed up.  It must just take a little while.  But why did I have to manually put the image file on the flash drive?  I had the URL set for days and it never showed the icon.  I even tried icon urls for other apps from other members here and none of them would show up.

Browser caching.

I hadn't considered that since the icon changed from the default to blank immediately. I took that to mean it couldn't read the file.

I am trying this again on another container and, again, I can't get the custom icon to show.  I have the icon uploaded to Flickr and entered it's URL and reloaded the page without using cache and I just get the empty box.  Any ideas?
