August 7, 20178 yr Hi there, I changed my computer lately (got a MacBook Pro 15" touchbar) and I keep having this issue that is driving me crazy: - once in a while, expecially after I make some adjustment or changes in the unraid settings/dockers, I cannot access unraid through the web browser no matter which I am using (I tried Chrome, Firefox and Tor). The IP is correct (it is a static one I setup) and if I telnet through Terminal all is fine and I can access to the disks, the folders, the shares. If I use Plex, Krusader, Deluge and other WEBGui they work correctly and with no problems. The only way I can re-access unraid is rebooting it and than it is working again. Any suggestion?
August 7, 20178 yr Community Expert Have you tried using the static IP address of your server like this: https://192.168.1.242 Assigning a Static address can give problems with resolving the server name because your router does not know what IP address is associated with that name. (I have static IP addresses assigned to both of my servers and used the IP address exclusively for years.) Edited August 7, 20178 yr by Frank1940
August 7, 20178 yr Author I am doing the same... but there is not way the mac can access it after it loose the connection the first time. Apparently only if I restart the server I have a partial solution (till it hang again). I am going nuts!!!

The next time you're not able to reach the web ui from your mac, try to telnet in and run 'diagnostics' from the terminal. It'll create a zip file on the usb flash containing your logs and hardware profile. Please upload that file here so we can inspect it for issues.
