Question to split 4 ssd cache to 2x raid 0 2x jbod

I got a question. I would like to know if its possible to split 2 ssd to raid 0 for plex and 2 other in jbod for cache and docker etc.

    Raid 1 all of them in a pool until unRaid includes multiple cache pools. Or, raid 0 them and make a backup copy periodically on a different disk manually/with a backup program.
