I'm using a Fractal Node 804 case with an LSI raid card, 10 drives, dual Parity, dual SSD cache drives...  pretty rock solid.  Love the Case, Have fans in every place it can and I couldn't be happier.  One thing is when you buy the SFF8087 to SATA cables you will find that one cable needs to be 6 inches longer.

Enjoy,

@TinkerToyTech thank you very much I look forward to working with the case now, the motherboard I plan to use has 10 sata ports so I dont think i need the LSI i was tempted by it but only have space for two graphics card which is one for unraid gui and the other for windows 10 vm.
