[SOLVED] Swapped Drives had Error and returned to original drive, but its smaller

I was running with a 1.5TB drive and decided to swap it out to a 3TB drive. It threw all kinds of errors on start, but I figured it would since I had an error with it before. 

 

Decided to return original 1.5TB drive back to array, but its showing up as new, but I can't start array because its saying it has to be larger or the same. What are my options? I have the space on the 1.5TB to live, but as for now my array is down and I can't do anything.
