internal error: vendor cannot be 0 - anybody ever experience this?

I'm entirely new to this. I've followed the guides and this keeps popping up. not really sure where to begin troubleshooting as there is nothing out there concerning this. anybody that can point me the right direction would have my undying gratitude.

    Have no idea really but this is my guess:

     

    Sounds like your flash drive has been dropped and unRAID is trying to read it but since it is missing it is reporting the vendor of the USB stick as 0.

     

    I would check to make sure your flash drive is fully accessible.
