Call Traces found on your server unRAID 6.3.5

Featured Replies

I have been using unraid for about six months, other than minor issues everything has been running great until lately; I have been getting reports from fixing common problems saying that I have a call traces issues. I have also been having problems rebooting and shutting down. I click shutdown or reboot, and I can hear the HDD spin down, but the CPU and case fans never stop.  On reboots, I never get brought back to the bootup splash screen (i.e. hit del to enter bios). I have to hold down the power button or hit the reset button. While it is hanging, I can no longer ping it or accesses it through PUTTY.  Boot up from power off it can take about ten mins till the web gui is available and I some times get told upon start up that I had an unclean shutdown.  I don't know if any these things are related or not.  I have an ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. - PRIME B350-PLUS and an AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core. It has a plex docker, plexpy docker, cadivsor docker, cups docker, and windows VM. Thank you for the help, I have googled but have not found anything to what I'm stating if this has already been addressed, sorry for the duplicate post, can you link me to the post. I have attached my diagnostic file.

You should upgrade to 6.4.0-rc7a.  There's a number of compatibility fixes for Ryzen in there.

When I had similar problems it turned out to be 1 of my sticks of ram

Did you run a memory test to determine that?
