Not sure why but I can write parity to my array faster than I can read from it. My spinners should all be capable of avg rates of about 150MB/s yet I can't get more than about 50-60 reading from my array. Cache SSD reads/writes fine, its just the hard disks that are incredibly slow.

 

Any tips?
