Can M.2 or PCE-E drive cards be used as drives in Unraid?

    I have two PCIe drives

    One is Intel SSD 750, the other is an Intel Optane SSD P4800X.

     

    Unraid ver 6.3.5

     

    I'd like to move my cache to the P4800x to free up a SATA port.

    Regarding the Optane, I would want LT to chime in as I personally haven't used that type of tech yet.

    Intel 750 SSD are supported to the best of my knowledge as they are fully compliant with NVMe, unlike the Micron P320h ones I got given which aren't

    Reviving this older thread because i couldn't find any other mention of someone using this type of drive, i took the risk and went for it and I recently switched my cache drive to an intel optane 900p - similar to the one in question, it has been working wonderfully for a week now.
