drumstyx
Just getting a macbook set up on my network and I've found connecting to my shares to be a pain. No big deal, I can connect to them, but the guide for mac users mentions AFP security settings, but I only see SMB. Did it get removed in the past few years or something? Quote Link to comment
Frank1940
IT has to be turn on. 'Settings" >>> "AFP" under 'Network Settings' header. Edited August 16, 2017 by Frank1940 Quote Link to comment
Russ Uno
I don't know if this still applies but in the past, I haven't checked it since my upgrade to 6.2.4, with v6.1.9 I found everything is faster if you turn off SMB if you don't needed it when AFP is on. Quote Link to comment
