Server suddenly unresponsive and can’t SSH

Last few days, my server has been refusing ssh connections. Today everything is unresponsive — web control panel and all docker apps.

 

I can ping the Server.

 

What are my options? I know I can hard power cycle physically but trying to avoid that if possible to avoid possible data corruption and at best, the parity check time for unclean shutdown.
