Tower crash

Hello,

Yesterday I have installed the latest demo version for testing. I am interest on buying the full unlimited version for my media server. 
I started copying a lot of files (6TB) of media to my created shares but the tower is crashing right after the procedure is started. My pc is intel i5-2500 with 16GB RAM and gigabyte mobo. I am trying to copy from a windows 7 machine.
Every time I must cold shut down the tower and then reboot it again in order to make the array functional again.
Is there a bug on this version or something that I miss?
