Featured Replies

Looking for a guide how to install ubuntu in unRaid. Find no one, just about Windows. My attempt is stuck in UEFI BIOS.

Once you hit create, it's stuck. You have to make the change when you first fill out the form.

Is this a bug in unRaid VM? Ubuntu desktop works fine but the Server not. Remove and create again?

I've created a Ubuntu server in the past without any issues.

Change to using the non-UEFI BIOS.  That does mean deleting your existing one and reinstalling.  This isn't a bug in Unraid.

ok, I deleting only the vm and not the virtual disk. Creat one new an use the old VM with bios change to non-UEFI BIOS:  Now I up and running my Ubuntu Server with ZM :)

A real guide on unRaid website/forum of a human how can english better than me? Yes I know I can install UEFI version in Ubuntu Server but if you are used to use VMware you have "non UEFI" VM:s in your spinal cord.
