Can I change the size of a Windows 10 VM

I have a Windows 10 VM that I want to adjust the original vdisk.img size down.  I originally set it to 500G but that's way too large so I would like to drop it down to about 200G, can I do that and how.  I've search here but I always find the search function of this board to be less that functional.

    Not quite sure how to do that, although I'm sure its possible, but this link will let you keep the existing 500G, but the image will only take up as much space as it actually needs (rather than growing and never being able to shrink)
