September 3, 20178 yr Hello Unraid'ers, I am relatively new to Unraid and I've been plagued with regular server crashes.. almost on a daily basis. Can you help me diagnose the issue? I've included all the components of my build & the dockers I'm currently running. I would greatly appreciate your help getting to the bottom of the issue. I believe it's Plex related, because I typically put South Park on to fall asleep to every night. It seems to stop playing relatively quickly and then the webgui, telnet and all communication becomes unresponsive until I hard reset the computer. September 3, 20178 yr Nothing in the logs (btw, diagnostics are always preferred over a syslog), since its after the reboot. I'd toss Fix Common Problems into troubleshooting mode, follow what it says to do after the crash, then watch Kenny die and post up the files FCP saved for you.
September 3, 20178 yr Author Diagnostics? Ok. Let me figure out what you're talking about and post those.
September 3, 20178 yr Author Ok. I downloaded and posted them in my OP Quick question about "Set to cache, but exists on array" errors. Can I simply delete the old location's data? Edited September 3, 20178 yr by bmilcs
September 3, 20178 yr Like I said, put Fix Common Problems into troubleshooting mode then wait for Kenny to die. Until the crash happens again, there's nothing to go on unfortunately.
September 4, 20178 yr Author Of course, I fell asleep last night with something other than South Park playing and it didn't crash in the morning ;(
