Please take a look. Im having alot of problems with my unraid. 

 

Some of the problems

1. Some disk are unreadable, causing emhttp and samba to hang. I diagnose by accessing mnt/disk and foudn that disk5 is unreadble/hang. no smart error on the disk.

2. My unraid is hanging, so i cant get the logs as advised in the forum. I had to manually copy the file from telnet.

3. I am currently rebuilding disk. since the emhttp is hang, i cant monitor the status. is there a way for me to read the status of rebuilding?

 

What is happening with my unraid?

You don't have notifications setup and you have some unknown plugins.

It is extremely important to setup notifications so unRAID can tell you about problems before they accumulate and result in data loss.

 

You are still on ReiserFS. You really need to consider moving to XFS.

 

Possibly you have filesystem corruption on one or more disks. Rebuilding a disk from parity will not fix filesystem corruption.

 

We would really appreciate it if you would attach the full diagnostics zip instead of giving a link to a syslog. Diagnostics provides a lot more information than the syslog.

 

If you can't get diagnostics from the GUI you can try to get it from command line by typing "diagnostics". It will save the diagnostics zip to your flash drive and you can post it.
