Good day

I found errors via "fix common problems" just after I've done a complete reset and re-population of my server. Attached below is the message and my system diagnostics. Can anyne point me in the right direction please?

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
