I have a CyberPower OR700LCDRM1U UPS and it reads the info fine. But when power is lost it's send notification "Warning communications lost with UPS" then 'Communications restored with UPS"

 

Is this normal? I thought it use to say "lost power and power restored"

 

If it's losing Communications, then will it not shut down?
