Unraid Randomly Restarting and Taking Array Offline

I've been using Unraid successfully for a few years now. The past few weeks I developed an issue where the array will randomly take itself offline. I want to say it started to happen after we had a power outage and my UPS failed but that could be in my head. It feels very random -- Sometimes minutes... other times days but it also appears that it takes itself offline when it's under a load (uploading a large file or parity check running). For instance if I don't stop the parity check upon restart it will likely happen.

 

I've diagnosed within my abilities so I'm not sure where to turn. I've uploaded my log here.
