Can't get past the scream unraid

I have started this build a month ago after all the parcel delivered I've tried to install unraid now I'm stuck at this scream I've tried everything from USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 I really need some help is this some one out there that can help me get past this screen I'm quite new to unraid and I would like to build a Plex server and file server.

 

My specs or as followed

 

Motherboard Supermicro MBD-X9SRL-F-O

CPU  Xeon E5 2670-v2 2.3ghz

MEMORY 4 Samsung 8GB M393B1K70DH0 CK0

Cooler Master Hyper 212x

SSD SanDisk Plus 240GB

4x Seagate IronWolf 4TB

Case Fractal Design Define R5

PSU RMX 850 80+ Gold

5 Fractal Design X2 GP 12 White

 

USB I have tried

SanDisk Cruzer fit 2.0

Toshiba Transmemory u202

And 3 others

 

Just trying the Cruzer fit now am at this scream

Make sure when you created the usb stick you used fat format not ntfs.

Also occasionally i have had some xeons where unRAID has not booted unless i disable c states in the bios.

I disabled all c State but I can't find CPU C7 report any with and I still get the same thing
