I've personally used the 5 in 3's and really like them, been using them for well over a year now.  They're the iStarUSA BPN-DE350SS

 

5 in 3 = £70.80 inc VAT

 

4 in 3 = £70.80 inc VAT (Don't ask me why they're the same as the 5 in 3)

 

3 in 3 = £58.80 inc VAT

 

I've used the company above and the process was painless and I'd recommend them and this product.  One thing to be aware of is that the fan connector is a GPU type, so although I replaced all the fans on mine with an 80mm Noctua one, I did have to use a fan controller externally to power them.  As well as get some longer screws to attach them as the stock fans are quite slim.  Can't say what the stock fans are like as I've never used them.
