Specific requirements, how to set? You'd better make it more detailed.

ACS override is a VM Manager setting in the web GUI. Set it and reboot. It will change the way devices are split into IOMMU groups, and hopefully your two graphics cards each wind up in their own group.

Lee - SpaceInvaderOne covers this in his unRAID Introduction to VMs video... I have just started this video myself as I am working through setting up a Win10 VM for the first time.
