Should I be concerned about drops

Featured Replies

I just noticed this today should I be concerned and is there a particular cause I should be aware of?

What percentage of the packets have been dropped?  (You can figure this from the 'counters' option.)

I have had drops on incoming packets (Receive) in the past and when I googled the issue most of the opinions were that they are harmless UNLESS you are having some other issue.

Hum I just looked at the counters and bond0 and eth0 are the same that's weird as you can see only bond0 transmission had drops?

I posted a similar question here about a day earlier, and then posted it in Tom's Hardware.  I put the response from Tom's into my thread here, if interested.
