Unraid server disappears from network...

Featured Replies

I´ve had my server offline for a while now and botted it up today to copy some files to it.

After that I started a parity-check and after some hours when I was going to check the status I couldnt access it...

Not through webbrowser nor through local network/filebrowser.

I decided to re-install unraid from a fresh usb-stick with the latest unraid software and copied the config-files on to it.

It started up and was running well, but after a while I have the same problem. I cant connect to the server...

All help with this would be much appreciated!

Best regards

Be sure that install the 'Local Master' plugin and see which computer is the Local Master for your SMB network.  To reinforce the point, it is best if one computer (and one computer only) is always the Local Master.   Having the Local Master rotating between computers is usually a recipe for trouble.
