I am trying to make a forge server but the server keeps bypassing the mods when I launch it. I have forge installed, i am running the right version of java and Minecraft, I reloaded the world after adding the mods. I am so lost and would love some help.

Hey all.

I'm trying to run a NeoForge server but for some reason I can't get it to run the jar. I copy/paste the server from my computer (fedora linux) to the folder, change the runnable jar to the correct one and hit start, but it does nothing. It runs fine from that jar on my computer, but since we have to include @libraries/net/minecraftforge/forge/1.20.1-47.3.12/unix_args.txt in the java arguments for a regular forge server, I'm assuming that it's not just the same for neoforge? I've tried just changing the java argument to instead direct to the new location in the neoforge server, but it still doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated!

Anyone else having this issue, when I started using the Transmission_VPN docker it all worked fine, a while ago the add tracker window broke and looks like the attached image.

It used to have a best tracker button and all tracker button and be the correct size.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Hey guys,

maybe one of you has an idea, I cant reach the ui of transmission.

Trying to open it results in the error:

404: Not Found
/opt/transmission-ui/transmission-web-control/index.html (No such file or directory)

Also getting the 404 on an apparently running instance

and a quick update.  For whatever reason I had it set to the dev branch.  Reverting to master resolved it, though I almost wonder if it was the act of updating more than the branch that fixed it…

Well, for those who noticed that paper was gone from the MineOS profile list, here's what i did.
i went to the github link and copied the script content in chrissi19121985's post in the issue called  PaperMC API update notice #560

then i opened up a console to my mineos, ls into usr/games/minecraft/profiles.d

nano papertemplate.js and replace everything in there with the script you copied. exit and save the changes to the file, restart the container, and paper is back in the profiles.

it doesn't work because the library is in @libraries/net/neoforged/neoforge/--whatever version you use now--/unix_args.txt

Hi,

I am trying to start a Spigot Server on Mineos-Node with the latest minecraft version. But I am getting this error message:

How can I upgrade the Java Version?

I use your Transmission_VPN docker package, and it's been terrific.

But for the past few months, I find I need to restart the docker about once per day.  It isn't crashing, but after a few hours all the transfers just seem to stall.  It'll add new torrents just fine, and they'll populate Seeders and Leechers, but it just won't start downloading or uploading anything. Nothing downloads, and none of my seeds upload anymore. Restarting the container fixes the issue, and it's good for several hours but then stalls again.

Maybe this is some sort of Private Internet Access problem, but does anybody else have this behavior?  I think I might switch PIA servers and see if that makes any difference. (But I think I might've tried that already several weeks ago.)

Edit: 36 hours later -- changing PIA servers didn't help.  But I'm just using the User Scripts plugin to restart the docker every few hours and that's good enough, I suppose.

I have this exact same issue, did you ever find a permanent fix besides restarting?  Also could you share what you did with your user script?

For the mineos docker image, I changed the docker.img to 60gb from 30gb and when I signed back in, all my servers are gone, and all the server files are not downloaded.

I ask as the other dockers had all my settings still saved but MineOS.

TIA

Edit: 5/29 - I didnt give it enough time to move everything over or something, as I was done, and then updated my total docker img to 256gb, I logged in and everything was there.
I also found out that you had to have java jdk v21 for minecraft v1.20.X+ in case anyone comes across this.

Transmission_VPN

has anyone been able to add an External Providers config thats available on haugene/transmission-openvpn? I want to add the ExpressVPN config but I can't workout how to add that to the current template.

I tried copying the deluge-vpn instructions but that seems quite a different setup.
