September 16, 20178 yr Hi, i have 3x 120GB SSD as Cache i reformatted them to btrfs-encrypted and noticed that it used the Raid1 Option for the Cache, normaly i use the Single (360GB Cache instead of 120GB) But the "Balance" Button and the field for the Single option is not there anymore! How can i change this without the GUI? (Also if i change back to btrfs it works again, so maybe just a graphical bug?)
September 16, 20178 yr Most options are missing for encrypted disks, including file system check, it's a known issue and it should be fixed in rc9, for now you can do it manually, e.g., to convert to single profile type on the console: btrfs balance start -dconvert=single -mconvert=raid1 /mnt/cache
