So I am going to buy a new mobo and purposed built case and power supply is there any conditions that I need to focus on other than ensuring that the drives in the array stay the same during the move?

    I'd suggest if you can,
    Get a spare USB, install UnRaid onto it, and boot the new system up with no drives in it to test component compatibility

    Other than that, screenshot your drive layouts etc
