Hey all, any idea what these syslog messages are?

Sep 18 12:53:07 Tower ntpd[1705]: receive: KoD packet from 49.176.208.19 has inconsistent xmt/org/rec timestamps.

I can post diagnostics if required but not until I am home tonight.
