greg2895
6.4.0-rc8q: I have 2-256gb ssds in a cache pool that I am trying to convert to raid 0 for better performance on a 10gbit connection. I followed this post to change the pool: After running it several times this is what my pool looks like and is still showing the raid 1 capacity and performance hasn't changed: Data, RAID1: total=28.00GiB, used=18.08GiB Data, RAID0: total=26.00GiB, used=23.97GiB System, RAID1: total=32.00MiB, used=16.00KiB Metadata, RAID1: total=1.00GiB, used=30.08MiB GlobalReserve, single: total=16.00MiB, used=0.00B Link to comment

After running this command again: -dconvert=raid0 -mconvert=raid1 This was my output: Data, RAID1: total=28.00GiB, used=18.91GiB Data, RAID0: total=24.00GiB, used=23.15GiB System, RAID1: total=32.00MiB, used=16.00KiB Metadata, RAID1: total=1.00GiB, used=30.28MiB GlobalReserve, single: total=16.00MiB, used=0.00B Link to comment

JorgeB
No, go to to Tools -> Diagnostics, attach the complete zip. Link to comment

JorgeB
There are checksum errors on the pool, that's the reason the balance is aborting, run a correcting scrub, if all data with errors is still mirrored it will be corrected. You can run the scrub by clicking on the cache device on the main page, don't forget to check "Repair corrupted blocks", if there are uncorrected errors you'll need to redo your pool. Link to comment
greg2895
I had 4 uncorrectable errors. I pulled off everything I could and ran that command again on a new pool and it worked! Thanks again for the help. Link to comment
